    Easy Steps share Tips how to improve our cooking to make our Chicken Drumsticks more Juicy, Tender, Moist and mouthwatering instead DRY. When you cook in the Oven it’s always comes out DRY and that’s the main reason peoples don’t like to cook in the OVEN. BUT, now you will know the secret how to make it Juicy, Moist and mouthwatering chicken. ENJOY.

    Ingredients:
    2= packs Chicken Drumsticks (32 pcs)
    5= TBSP Complete Seasoning (bought from Supermarket/premix)
    2= TSP Salt
    3= TSP Black Pepper
    ¼= cup Olive Oil (6 TBSP)
    ¼= TSP Orange Red Food Color (optional)
    After removing Skin (optional) please make 3 cuts in Chicken Drumsticks, coat with Olive Oil and mix seasoning well and lay out on tray.
    Fill your bottom tray with hot/warm water and then place your Chicken Drumsticks tray on top of it. Pre heat your Oven and cook – Bake @400°F for 30 minutes. Take out of the OVEN and Enjoy with your family/friends.

    Today I’m going to share my homemade Chicken Teriyaki Recipe! YAY~!! Who doesn’t like teriyaki, right?! Making Chicken Teriyaki is very simple, easy and quick yet, SUPER YUMMY!! So you definitely should give it a try!!

    I love using chicken thighs for my Chicken Teriyaki Recipe because it’s so much easier and quicker to cook than chicken breast yet, so much flavorful and juicier as well! But you can definitely use chicken breast, just make sure the chicken breast you are using has skin on, so you will taste the crispy yumminess! 😀

    Homemade Teriyaki Sauce Recipe can be used many many dishes. Sauce for stir-fried vegetable, glaze any your protein and more! Also Chicken Teriyaki Recipe can be served more than a warm bowl of short grain rice- even though I think it’s the best!) you can serve over a bed of greens so it can be Chicken Teriyaki Salad or over a bed of soba noodles, that would be really yummy too!

    Italian Chicken Parmigiana / Parmesan Recipe

    Serves 6-8

    4 skinless and boneless chicken breasts, butterflied, pounded thin and then cut in half
    2 large eggs
    1/4 cup milk
    2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    3/4 cup vegetable oil
    2 cups Sugar’s Marinara Sauce (See Recipe here)
    1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1 cup shredded mozzarella (you can use more if you like to)
    Chopped fresh basil or parsley as a garnish

    Preheat oven to 350°F

    In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk. Spread the bread crumbs in a separate bowl. Season the chicken all over with salt and pepper. Dip the chicken in the egg mixture and then in the bread crumbs. Set aside on a spate plate and repeat until all the cutlets are coated.
    In a large skillet, heat the oil until shimmering. Add the chicken and fry over moderately high heat, turning once, until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Drain the chicken on paper towels, and then transfer to a rimmed baking sheet or pan.
    Add some sauce to the bottom of the pan then add the chicken breasts in a single layer, top with some more marinara sauce, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 30 minutes. Remove from oven, top with shredded mozzarella, put back in the oven uncovered until cheese is melted and bubbling.
    Remove from oven, sprinkle parsley or basil and serve.

    Spaghetti & Meatballs
    cook spaghetti squash in microwave in 6 minute intervals. rotate around each interval. heat up marinara sauce on stovetop. bake lean, grass fed meatballs for 15 mins at 375. serve immediately. stays fresh in the refrigerator if stored in airtight container for a few days.

    Fish Tacos
    cook fresh or frozen cod on stove top. heat up organic corn tortillas in pan. divide fish into tortillas & top with fresh cilantro, cabbage, avocado, lime or lemon. I used Soyaki sauce from Trader Joes 🙂

    Salmon Salad
    cook fresh or frozen wild caught salmon stove top. place bed of baby lettuce on plate and top with cooked salmon, carrots, tomato, pecans and dress with Annie’s Organic Smoky Tomato Dressing.

    Grilled Veggies & Protein (your choice)
    grill veggies, I used bell pepper, onion,& zucchini. grill your choice of protein, I chose turkey, feel free to use tempeh, chicken, tofu…etc
    top with 1/4 avocado and dress with liquid aminos, coconut aminos or Soyaki dressing.

    2 1/2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic (5 Cloves)
    1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
    2/3 Cup (60g) Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
    12 Tablespoons (60g) Grated Parmesan Cheese

    Calories in the WHOLE recipe:

    Calories: 2581
    Fat: 89g
    Saturated Fat: 21g
    Sodium: 2240mg
    Carbs: 40g
    Fiber: 6g
    Sugar: 4g
    Protein: 405g

    Calories per Plate (if you make 8):

    Calories: 322.6
    Fat: 11.1g

    Take out a large stove top pan, turn your burner on Low-Medium Heat, add in your Olive Oil, Garlic, and Garlic Salt. Mix everything together and let your pan heat up for a few minutes. After a few minutes turn your burner off. Take out a large bowl, add in your Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs and Grated Parmesan Cheese. Mix them together. Take out your Chicken Breast, trim the fat off of them, and then cut them in half. Roll your Chicken Breast halves in the Olive Oil Mix and then in the Bread Crumb Mix. Place them in a baking dish and put them in the oven on 425°F/218°C for 30:00-35:00. Enjoy!

    Learn how to make one of our family favorites — a simple, healthy pasta salad.

    INGREDIENTS:
    IN THE PASTA SALAD — pasta (we used one packet of fusilli pasta), 8 ounces of feta cheese, 1 head of broccoli, 1 can of artichoke hearts, 1/2 of a red bell pepper, 1/2 of a red onion, 1 can of sliced black olives, Mediterranean spice mix (you can season with your favorite spice mix), salt, pepper
    IN THE DRESSING — 1 packet of Good Seasons Zesty Italian salad dressing mix, 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar, vegetable oil (we used grapeseed oil), 2 tablespoons of mayo, water

    INSTRUCTIONS:
    1. Boil a large pot of water. Add salt. Add 1 packet of pasta. (Follow the instructions on your pasta to determine how long it should cook. Ours took about 9 minutes).
    2. MEANWHILE: Slice half a red bell pepper and half a red onion. Drain 1 can of artichoke hearts and slice in half. Drain 1 can of sliced black olives.
    3. Chop up 1 head of broccoli. Add broccoli to pot of boiling water THREE minutes before the pasta is finished cooking (this eliminates the need to cook the broccoli in a separate pot!).
    4. Drain pasta/broccoli. Wash with cold water. Transfer to a bowl and allow time to cool.
    5. Add chopped ingredients to the pasta.
    6. TO MAKE THE DRESSING: Add 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar and 3 tablespoons of water. Add 1 packet of Good Seasons Zesty Italian salad dressing mix. Whisk. Add 1/2 cup of vegetable oil. OPTIONAL: For extra creaminess, add 2 tablespoons of mayo.
    7. Pour dressing over pasta salad. Season with Mediterranean spice mix, salt, & pepper (to taste).
    8. Crumble feta cheese (about 8 ounces) over the pasta salad and toss ingredients together.

    Recipe:
    1 lb of chicken
    1/2 of a small onion
    1 garlic clove
    1-2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
    1 tbsp adobo sauce (that comes in the can along with the peppers)
    1/4 cup cilantro
    1/4 cup water
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    3 tbsp green onions
    1/4 cup bean sprouts
    salt and pepper to taste

    Directions:
    Dice up chicken and put off to the side.
    food process the cilantro, chipotle peppers with adobo, a splash of olive oil or water, garlic and onions.
    brown the chicken pieces in some olive oil. pour processed ingredients into browned chicken and cook for about 2 minutes. Add soy sauce or teriyaki sauce, sprouts, green onions, salt & pepper and cook in for another 2 minutes.
    Serve a spoonful on top of a piece of lettuce and enjoy.

    Ingredients

    2 cups cooked rice
    1 small potato peeled and cut in small pieces
    1 cup mixed vegetables cut into very small pieces (green beans, bell pepper and carrot)
    2 teaspoon ginger chopped
    1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, adjust to taste
    1-1/2 teaspoons salt
    1 teaspoon cumin seeds
    1 tablespoon corn starch
    Oil to fry
