I just made this exact recipe last night for my bf and it turned out just
like the video! on the side, I had grilled brussel sprouts and mixed some
of the parsely sauce into a penne pasta. YUM! Thanks for sharing your
version steven, happy holidays!
Great video, very nice presentation. I’m making chicken marsala tonight but
hope to make your chicken cordon bleu soon.
Fantastic Steve and so simple! Making this right now.
A cordon bleu isn’t rolled. But nice recipe!
tryed it and loved it thank you for the video :D
You composed your own music for this?
Looks good Steve
man u know what u doing Gordon ramsey can suck it.
What can I use replace the white wine ??? Please
This looks so good.. maybe for next weekend thanks so much… Can you come
cook for me at my home… ha ha.
Steve you put out the best food porn on YouTube.
I made this last night except I didn’t have a wine opener to open the wine,
but it was excellent anyways! Thanks for sharing!
I must have missed the part where you took or removed the plastic wrap from
the chicken after it was in Fridge for 30 mins. Did your have to unroll the
chicken to remove the plastic wrap? And re-roll it to place the tooth picks
in?
What is the knife at 3:20? I have never seen a knife with a tip like
that… Why that shape? To roll off the cutting board while mincing? Did
you have it shaped that way? Cheers.
This may sound like a dumb question but if you roll up the chicken with the
plastic how do you get the plastic off without unrolling the chicken?
I’d just like to add that finding the biggest chicken breasts that you can
find in the supermarket will help in the rolling process. My chicken
breasts were too small (lol), so it was a lot more tricky to roll them, but
I rolled them in the end whilst swearing at them 😉 I would have never had
Cordon Bleu in my life if it weren’t for your advice Steve and my wife
loved them.
I’m making this for my family tonight, I’ve never really cooked a real
dinner like this before, but your instructions are so easy and simple to
follow so I’m sure it will turn out delicious!
I must admit, I seen your youtube and thought…yea here we go, another guy
doing a Chicken Gordon Bleu recipe…..but no, how wrong was I. This was
really easy to follow, really nice to replicate and follow and really nice
presentation all round. With that being said, well done sir you should be
proud. I love it, yum yum :-)
“Let’s tuck in” I love the way he says that haha
you have such awesome videos :D
Making this tonight. Will let you know how it turns out! Thanks
