    Can I republish your recipes on my blog or in a cookbook?

    Short answer: get in touch first. You’re welcome to link to a recipe with a single photo and a short summary — that’s how the internet works. Full republishing — blog, cookbook, app — needs written permission and we evaluate case by case. Use the form with subject “Republishing or cookbook licensing”.

    Do you accept guest posts or sponsored articles?

    Not at the moment. Every recipe is tested and edited by Paul, and bringing in outside contributors would dilute that. If you have a strong product fit (cookware, a kitchen tool worth knowing about), use the form with subject “Collaboration” and we’ll talk.

    I have a substitution question — quicker than emailing?

    Most recipes have a Substitutions section with the common swaps and ratios. If yours isn’t covered, the form is the right place — include the recipe URL and the ingredient you need to swap. Replies usually within 2 days.

    I sent a message and didn’t get a reply — what happened?

    Check your spam folder first (replies come from [email protected]). If still nothing after 5 days, send again — occasionally messages get filtered or buried. We read everything, even the ones we can’t reply to in detail.
