Mr Malcom, my new favorite channel to watch!! Did you smoke skin side down the whole two hours, or did you flip it at the halfway mark??
@nancy gibson Plowboys and smokin guns
what are the names of the two small bottled spices?
Thanks Malcom, question.. can you do the same exact thing if using a oven?? I do not have a smoker but was wondering if I can do this with an oven….
hahaha your grin in the beginning cracks me the f up!
Noticed you didnt scrape the skin to remove the fat for bite thru skin. Must be a technique to get that dow. I see the skin dnt cover the meat after you cooked them wouldnt that hurt your score.
What temp?
Thank you for sharing this recipe and technique Malcom! I don't BBQ for competition, but am the go to guy for the family BBQ's. I can't wait to smoke this one up!
Excellent Video Malcom. I am a BBQ Judge and needed to get a heads up on some cooking skills. I am at my 26th contest and have not cooked with a team as of yet. I am going to try your method and what is the temp of you grill while cooking chicken?
I'd trust you on what tastes good. You look like you know your food!
Looks great!
The dressing not sure, won't it taste a little to Italian
I love Blues Hog sauces
you do not scrape the fat of the skin???
Thank you brutha
Interesting. Thanks for sharing. I would love to try chicken prepared that way – it looks amazing!
