    This looks so good. Will have to make this. I’ve cut out red meats and even
    pork. So now I just eat chicken, tuna sometimes fish. So trying to find
    easy simple recipes. And low fat. This will be on my list to try. 🙂 Can’t

    had no beans, used lentils. it was fire hot so i added some cream.
    perfection. A teaspoon of sugar. I like to blender a cup of beans to make
    it thick.

    I omitted the red pepper powder and it was plenty hot and spicy. Next time
    I will use great northern white beans instead of cannellini beans because
    in my opinion they taste better in chicken chili and are less dense. Plus I
    will use less chicken stock, tad too soupy

    When he added sugar he said to balance the acidity. Acid from what? There
    are no tomatoes, fresh chilis….. Where is the acid

    i like this recipe a lot…however i add tomato paste and use chik
    peas…plus i have got jalapenos and my chicken until cooked with
    carrot,garlic and onion and they reuse the water in the chili
