This Baked Garlic Chicken recipe is a quick and delicious way to fall in love with chicken again
Here is the recipe:
3 Pounds (48 Ounces) Chicken Breasts
4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 1/2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic (5 Cloves)
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
2/3 Cup (60g) Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
12 Tablespoons (60g) Grated Parmesan Cheese
Calories in the WHOLE recipe:

Fat: 89g
Saturated Fat: 21g
Sodium: 2240mg
Carbs: 40g
Fiber: 6g
Sugar: 4g
Protein: 405g
Calories per Plate (if you make 8):
Calories: 322.6
Fat: 11.1g
Saturated Fat: 2.6g
Sodium: 280mg
Carbs: 5g
Fiber: .75g
Sugar: .5g
Protein: 50.6g
Take out a large stove top pan, turn your burner on Low-Medium Heat, add in your Olive Oil, Garlic, and Garlic Salt. Mix everything together and let your pan heat up for a few minutes. After a few minutes turn your burner off. Take out a large bowl, add in your Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs and Grated Parmesan Cheese. Mix them together. Take out your Chicken Breast, trim the fat off of them, and then cut them in half. Roll your Chicken Breast halves in the Olive Oil Mix and then in the Bread Crumb Mix. Place them in a baking dish and put them in the oven on 425°F/218°C for 30:00-35:00. Enjoy!

Great recipe – very easy. I just ate 2 pieces of chicken breast made
exactly as you showed. I was surprised at how juicy and tender the chicken
came out given chicken breasts are not as tender and juicy, generally, as
drumstick meat.
How do you recommend I store the finished product? Refrigerator or freezer?
Will microwaving it make it lose any of its fresh-out-of-the-oven
tenderness and juiciness?
Looks delicious and easy to make. I’m considering adding this recipe to my
diet but I’m curious to know how you got 8 servings with just 10 pieces of
baked garlic chicken? How many pieces do you eat a serving? And what’s the
nutritional facts for just two baked garlic chicken?
Hands down the best bodybuilding chicken I have ever made and ate! I don’t
say this lightly.. I’m glad you made this video because honestly, I was
losing motivation to cook my chicken in the fridge, but now after making
and tasting….. I need to go to the store to get more. Thanks again for

P.S. I have a gluten allergy and was able to substitute breadcrumbs with
gluten-free ones and the results were amazing. I even shared with my
neighbors, who do not have an allergy, and they loved it as well.
