    What you will need:
    6, 6-8inch balloons, sprayed with non-stick spray
    Large baking sheet lined with parchment paper
    2 cups milk or dark chocolate chips
    1 cup white chocolate chips
    Shortening, if needed
    1 pint of ice cream
    Fruit or berries, such as: blueberry, strawberry, diced mango, sliced bananas, raspberry
    Slivered almonds, mint leaves for garnish

    To melt chocolate in a microwave, reduce power level to 50 percent. Stir every 30 seconds. If chocolate doesn’t melt very smoothly, add a teaspoon of shortening and fold into the chocolate.

    Hi everyone!
    Welcome to my cooking channel (food channel)!
    In this video I’m going to show you how to make Chinese Style BBQ Ribs!
    One of my favorite way to rib, so delicious!!

    I boiled it instead baking. And it is juicy and super tender!!
    As you can see in the video, it’s falling out from the bones.
    Boiling is more Asian cooking technique than baking.
    We still consider to use stove more than oven. Even though oven is very popular now days in Asia but not every house has an oven in there house.
    And if you boil the meat, you don’t have to worry about the meat will get dry out!
    Guaranty that you will have juicy meat!
    But, the flavor wise, you might need to concern..
    So you need to add lots of flavor into the water, so the meat will absolve all the flavor you put in!

    Chinese Style BBQ Ribs
    1 rack of ribs
    7 to 8 cups water
    1 whole garlic, halves
    1/2 inch ginger
    1/2 onion
    2 green onion
    1/2 cup sake (rice wine)
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1 teaspoon black pepper corns
    2 bay leaves
    1 small carrot, halves

    Combine all ingredients in a large pot, cover with a lid, bring to boil over medium high heat. Reduce heat to medium, cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

    When the ribs are almost ready, start make the
    BBQ sauce!

    1 Tablespoon hoisin sauce
    1 Tablespoon oyster sauce
    2 teaspoons soy sauce
    1 teaspoon sriracha
    1 Tablespoon white vinegar
    1/3 cup honey

    Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Whisk until mixed well together.

    After my ribs and sauce were ready, I just gave to my husband so he can start grill’em!
    Just lay the ribs on a hot grill and keep brushing the sauce until the sauce’s gone, it looks shiny and nice chard.
    And you are done!
    How easy was that?! 🙂

    In this video i want to show you how to make bread potato rolls or cutlets. This is a perfect snack with afternoon tea or served as an appetizer.Lets see what ingredients is needed.

    Ingredients:
    Bread few slice
    Potato boil 1 medium
    Carrot boil 1 medium
    Salt to taste
    Coriander leaves 1 spoon
    Green chilli 1 chopped
    Onion 1 medium chopped
    Cumin seeds little amount
    Cumin powder pinch of
    Garam masala 1/2 spoon
    Oil for fry
    Red chilli powder 1/2 spoon

    Method:
    First add 2 spoon oil in pan. Now add all the spices and carrot and boil potato and fry it for 2 minute.Mesh the potato and carrot with the spices and make a mixture and let it cool down for 10 minute.When potato mixture will be cool make small balls from the mixture. Now cut the edges of the bread. In a bowl take some water and deep it the bread slice and squeeze it with your pumps.Now take a potato balls and place in to the bread and make a round balls and fry it in hot oil for 4-5 minute in medium hit.
    When it looks beautiful golden brown in color your bread potato rolls or cutlet will be done. This rolls are very crunchy and mouth watering.Just try once and your family , friends and your kids will definitely love it. Serve them hot with sweet and sour chutney.Enjoy..

    Here is the recipe:

    1/2 Large Cooked or Canned Sweet Potato
    1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
    1/2 Teaspoon Salt
    1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
    1 Teaspoon Tabasco (I like the chipotle one)
    1 1/2 Tablespoons Parsley
    1 Tablespoon Dill
    1 Large Whole Egg (or 2 Large Egg Whites if you’re trying to cut down on fat)
    1 Can Tuna
    1/4 Cup (20g) Rolled Oats

    Calories in the WHOLE recipe:

    Calories: 356
    Fat: 8g
    Saturated Fat: 2g
    Sodium: 386mg
    Carbs: 34g
    Fiber: 5g
    Sugar: 7g
    Protein: 37g

    Calories per cake (if you make 4 cakes):

    Calories: 89
    Fat: 2g
    Saturated Fat: .5g
    Sodium: 96.5mg
    Carbs: 8.5g
    Fiber: 1.25g
    Sugar: 1.75g
    Protein: 9.25g

    Turn your Rolled Oats into flour by blending or processing them together until they look like flour. Drain your Tuna. Combine all of your ingredients together into a bowl. Mix everything together. Shape into four cakes. Place your cakes on a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray or lined with parchment paper. Bake on 350°F/176°C for 20:00. Flip over and bake on 350°F/176°C for another 10:00. Enjoy!

    Tips:

    Use lettuce instead of bread for your bun!

    The Mediterranean Diet is a way of eating based on the traditional foods (and drinks) of the countries surrounding the Mediterranean Sea. The Mediterranean Diet is not a diet, as in “go on a diet,” even though it is a great way to lose weight or improve your health. Rather, it is a lifestyle including foods, activities, meals with friends and family, and wine in moderation with meals. The Mediterranean Diet is full of wonderfully delicious, flavor-filled dishes and meals. It’s easy to understand what it is by thinking about Mediterranean dishes or “plates.”

    Scientists have compared the risks of developing heart and other diseases in populations that did and didn’t adopt the diet. People who had closely followed the Mediterranean Diet were found to have:

    – Increased longevity – that is, a reduced chance of death at any age – due mainly to reductions in the chance of developing, having a recurrence of, or dying from heart disease or cancer. The results have been confirmed in UK and USA populations and represent around a 20% reduced risk of death at any age.
    – Reduction in the chance of developing type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, or raised blood cholesterol, each of which is associated with cardiac and vascular disease, as well as other serious complications. And each of which may require permanent medication once developed.
    – Reduction in the chance of becoming obese and that the Mediterranean Diet formed the basis for a balanced reduction in weight.
    – Reduction in the risk of developing Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimer’s disease.

    1kg of Gravy Beef (or other cheap cut)
    2 Red Capsicums / Bell Peppers (deseeded and diced)
    2 Small Brown Onions (peeled and diced)
    1 Clove of Crushed Garlic (about 1 Teaspoon)
    400g Can of Diced Tomatoes
    2 Tablespoons of Tomato Paste
    2 Tablespoons of Sweet Paprika
    1/2 Cup of Beef Stock
    1/2 Cup of Water
    Salt and Pepper
    1/4 Cup of Sour Cream (optional)
    Rice (to Serve)

    Preparation Time: About 15 minutes
    Cooking Time: About 8 hours (on LOW) or 4 hours (on HIGH)

    SERVES 6 – 8

    Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff Recipe

    Ingredients

    1 1/2 lbs lean stewing beef, round steak, or sirloin, thinly sliced
    1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup
    1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    2 tbsp fresh dill, diced
    1/2 tsp kosher or sea salt
    1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
    1 1/2 cups fresh button mushrooms, sliced
    1 cup sour cream
    1, 340 gram package broad egg noodles
    sea salt for the pasta water

    Directions

    Place the steak and mushrooms into a crock pot treated with cooking spray or olive oil and pour both cans of soup on top.
    Add garlic powder, 1 tbsp of dill, salt and pepper. Stir everything together
    Cook on low for six hours, stirring occasionally after 4 hours if possible, to get any of the delicious browning of the sides of the crock pot.
    When the meat and mushrooms have cooked 6 hours, turn off the heat, add the sour cream and 2cnd tbsp of dill, stir well, and let sit while the egg noodles cook.
    Cook the egg noodles for exactly 5 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain and add directly to the crock pot. Stir well and let sit 5 minutes before serving.

    Lynn demonstrates how to make Mexican Chicken Soup. This is a Barefoot Contessa recipe. Great for this time of year when the weather is turning colder. Great served with cornbread. A great lunch or dinner.

    4 split (2 whole) chicken breasts, bone in, skin on
    Olive Oil
    Salt
    Pepper
    1 cup celery, chopped (2 stalks)
    2 cups chopped carrots (4 carrots)
    4 large cloves garlic, shopped
    2-1/2 quarts chicken stock
    1 (28 ounce) can whole tomatoes in puree, crushed
    2 — 4 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1 teaspoon ground coriander seed
    ¼-1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves, optional
    6 (6 inch) corn tortillas

    Garnishes, if desired — sliced avocado, sour cream, grated Cheddar cheese, tortilla chips

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Place chicken breasts skin side up on a sheet pan. Rub with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and roast for 35-40 minutes until done. When the chicken is cool enough to handle, discard the skin and bones and shred the meat. Cover and set aside.

    Meanwhile, heat 3 Tablespoons olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven. Add the onions, celery, and carrots and cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes, or until the onions start to brown. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add the chicken stock, tomatoes with their puree, jalapenos, cumin, coriander, 1 Tablespoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper and the cilantro, if using. Cut the tortillas in 1/2 , then cut them crosswise into ½ inch strips and add to the soup. Bring the soup to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 25 minutes. Add the shredded chicken and season to taste. Serve the soup hot topped with sliced avocado, a dollop of sour cream, grated Cheddar cheese, and broken tortilla chips.
