Wow! Did this in my smoker yesterday, without the smoke, and slow cooked
it at 225 from 8:15am to 5:15pm. Prepped it the day before with the brown
sugar and Kosher salt, wrapped it and let it marinate over night. After it
was done at 5:15pm I wrapped it in aluminum and let it rest for one
hour, per your instructions, after the internal temp hit 190.

I used lump charcoal, which I had going all day in my Weber, with apple
juice a fresh chunks of pineapple in my liquid tray. Served it sliced, as
best we could it was so tender, and tonight we’ll pull it…add our
favorite BBQ sauce and serve it with coleslaw on top of the sandwich!

To top it off..it was a beautiful day in SoFL! Thanks again guys.

I hate your shows, everytime I see one in a list of random videos I can’t
seem to scroll over it. I just have to watch it! Then as always I get a
terrible case of the munchies with my mouth all watery and for some reason
I keep smelling burning bbq somewhere. Man I wish I live near you guys,
learn from the masters! Keep roastin’! Btw kosher salt on pork? That’s
    epic!

I love the way you cook!!! I don’t like the way you treat that little
squirrel…. Cute animals, very friendly!!!! They look like rats, but they
aren’t rats! So, please respect them!!! Thank you! We all souls, right?

I love it when he pulls the roasts out of the refrigerator, there’s a
completely different pile of beer cans in there. Must have drank a few in
    the process!

  17. maconsumner

Do you have a recipe for those grass rats you chased off?

THIS IS UN BELIEVABLE. this guy his voice is ridiculous. I love it! Man you
should be a narrator in Hollywood. Your voice is so epic. Do you remember
the Toyota truck commercial? Where the guy has the voice similar to yours,
the only difference is that your voice is better. Man I got so excited when
I saw you grilling the pork, my daughter got up and walked away because she
was starving and she thought that was pure torture. Do you own any
restaurants? And if you do, do you take orders for BBQ meat? If you do post
your info back on this, or reply to my comments. I live in Florida and I
ate at alot of BBQ shops, but the way I see you doing your pork I can
already tell it is going to be the best thing I would ever had. period.
