    Makes one small loaf
    INGREDIENTS:
    1/3 cup almond flour
    1 tablespoon coconut flour
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tablespoons grapeseed oil ( you can use butter or olive oil if you prefer )

    DIRECTIONS:
    Grease one mug with some oil.
    Put all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well with a fork.
    Pour mixture into the mug. Microwave on high for 90 seconds. You may need to cook it a few seconds longer depending on your microwave oven.
    Let it cool in the mug for 3 minutes.
    Gently pop the bread out of the mug and slice.

    TIPS:
    Toasting them will make them taste even better.
    You can also add 1/2 tablespoon of sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds for extra crunch.
    Add dried fruits such as raisins for a sweeter bread. Enjoy!

    グルテンフリー、低炭水化物の簡単レシピ。見たらすぐ作っちゃいましょ。
    <材料>
    アーモンドプードル(粉)  1/3カップ
    ココナッツフラワー(粉)  大さじ1
    ベーキングパウダー     小さじ1/2
    塩                小さじ1/8
    卵                1個
    グレープシードオイル   大さじ1と1/2
      (溶かしバターやココナッツオイル、オリーブオイルでもOK)

    ※お好みでナッツを入れても美味しいですよ

    <作り方>

    1.マグカップの中にオイルを塗ります。
    2.全部の材料をボールに入れ、フォークで良くかき混ぜて合わせます。
    3.2を1のマグカップに入れます。電子レンジの強で90秒、必要であればもう少し長く行ってください。(お持ちの電子レンジのパワーによります)
    4.3分間冷まします。
    5.丁寧にマグから取り出し、スライスします。

    ※トーストしても美味しいですよ。

    RECIPE: CROCKPOT ITALIAN PASTA SAUCE

    INGREDIENTS:
    3 – 14.5 ounce cans tomatoes, diced with their juice
    3 cups water
    3 – 6 ounce cans tomato paste
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    2 tablespoons honey
    1 tablespoon Kosher salt
    2 tablespoons onion powder
    2 tablespoons garlic, minced
    1 tablespoon basil, dried
    2 teaspoons marjoram, dried
    1 tablespoon oregano, dried

    INSTRUCTIONS:
    1: Mix the following in the crockpot (slow cooker):
    tomatoes, water, tomato paste, olive oil, honey, and salt.
    2: Cook on high for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
    3: After cooking, add onion powder, garlic, basil, marjoram and stir.
    4: Cook sauce an additional 30 to 60 minutes on high and it will be ready to serve.
    5: Serve this sauce over pasta or use it in other recipes.

    NOTES:
    If you use fresh herbs, use 3 times more.
    This sauce is great in lasagna and other Italian recipes.
    I use this pasta sauce on pizzas whenever I have it on hand. It tastes amazing!

    Honey Garlic Meatballs RECIPE

    2 eggs
    ¾ cup soymilk
    2 pounds ground beef
    1 cup breadcrumbs
    1 tablespoon onion powder
    1 tablespoon canola oil
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 ½ cups ketchup
    1 cup honey
    ½ cup soy sauce
    Cooked rice, for serving

    Preheat oven to 400°F.

    Whisk together eggs and soymilk in a large bowl. Add beef, breadcrumbs, and onion powder; mix until completely combined. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls; arrange evenly in two 9 x 13-inch pans. Bake 15 minutes. Drain off excess fat; set aside.

    Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium. Add garlic and cook until softened, 2 minutes, stirring. Add ketchup, honey, and soy sauce; stir to mix. Bring mixture to a boil over high heat; reduce to a simmer and cook 5 minutes. Add reserved meatballs; cook an additional 5 minutes.

    Serve over rice.

    Elizabeth says: “Honey Garlic Meatballs are sweet and savory. The meatballs get coasted with a thick glaze made from honey, garlic, ketchup and soy sauce. Serve it over white or brown rice for a delicious mid week meal or a people pleasing appetizer for company.”

    My dad. He’s a huge fan of popcorn and I wanted a quick and easy way to make some when he came to visit. I took more inspiration from microwave popcorn, and the internet. I ripped bags of microwave popcorn apart to figure out how they worked, researched the internet for DIY ideas, and experimented on my own with 20-30 batches to get the results you see here.

    WARNING:

    Immediately after popping, bags may release steam that’s hot enough to burn skin. Hot oil or other ingredients may also cause damage to exposed skin or mouth on contact. Let the contents of the bag cool before touching and eating, or use appropriate protective gear. Have fun, but use caution and common sense, and always remember that any experiment you try, is at your own risk.

    I wondered if there was a way to make a single bag of popcorn at home, that would be ready to eat right away. No buttering, no salting .. just ready to eat as soon as it was popped.

    Of course I was inspired by microwave popcorn, because it can already do that. But some research suggests there may be harmful chemicals in the heat-resistant lining that are released when the kernels are cooked.

    I experimented by popping kernels in butter, but most of the time the butter burned, and either melted the plastic containers I was using, or scorched them.

    I experimented with coconut oil, and that worked really really well, but there wasn’t much flavor and I wanted the recipe to use very common ingredients, so olive oil ended up being my preference.

    For containers, I experimented with plastic, glass, and even slurpee and coffee cups, but they all either warped, stained, or melted at the seams and fell apart once in a while. Not very reliable.

    After searching around the internet, I realized this actually isn’t a very new idea, and people have been making microwave popcorn in brown paper bags for years. So I tried the brown paper bag method, and while it was a bit messy, it worked perfectly every time.

    I experimented with different recipes and amounts trying to get a single bag to pop and be ready to eat straight out of the microwave. This is the recipe I use now, after weeks of testing;

    1/3 Cup Popcorn
    1 Tsp Olive Oil
    ½ Tsp Salt

    I found that if the kernels were coated in the oil first, they would pop faster, and be more complete. I also found that throwing all the ingredients in at the same time will still season everything and yield a great taste. You could shake the bag to make the contents more uniform, but it still works either way! 🙂

    Just for fun, my wife suggested I try adding some sugar to see if it would make instant kettle corn .. and it did!

    So: (optional) – Add 1 TBSP Sugar to make Kettle Korn

    Kettle Korn is a sweet and salty version of popcorn for people who like it like that. My personal preference however, is salty. So I usually leave the sugar out. I included the option in this video because many Americans are fans of the Kettle Korn taste.

    Vegan Chocolate Cupcake Recipe

    Ingredients:

    1 cup unbleached all purpose flour
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup raw sugar
    1/2 cup cocoa powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    3/4 cup water
    1/4 cup canola oil
    1/4 cup almond milk
    1 tablespoon vinegar
    2 tablespoon vanilla extract

    Directions:

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. and line a cupcake tine with 12 paper liners.

    In a large bowl, whisk together flours, raw sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

    In a separate bowl, whisk together water, canola oil, almond milk, vinegar, and vanilla extract.

    Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk to together to combine.

    Use an ice cream scooper to evenly distribute the cupcake batter through out the line cupcake tin.

    Bake for 18 – 22 minutes. When a toothpick can be inserted into the center of a cupcake and removed with few to no crumbs, they are done.

    Allow them to cool before frosting.

    Vegan Chocolate Buttercream Frosting Recipe

    Ingredients:

    1/4 cup vegetable shortening
    1/4 cup vegan butter
    1/2 cup cocoa powder
    1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/4 cup almond milk

    Cream together vegetable shortening and vegan butter with an electric mixer in a large bowl.

    When smooth, gradually mix in cocoa powder, then powdered sugar.

    Mix in vanilla extract, then almond milk one tablespoon at a time until it reaches the spread-ability you desire.

    Beat on high for 2 additional minutes, incorporating air, to make it light and fluffy.

    Baked Paprika-Parmesan Chicken — Lynn’s Recipes

    Lynn demonstrates how to make a super easy and quick chicken recipe perfect for dinner.

    ½ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    2 teaspoons paprika
    ¼ cup all purpose flour
    ½ teaspoon black pepper
    ½ teaspoon salt
    2 Tablespoons milk
    1 egg, beaten
    ¼ cup butter, melted

    Preheat oven to 350°. Coat a shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
    Combine flour, Parmesan cheese, paprika, salt and pepper in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and milk. Dip the chicken in the egg mixture, then dredge in the flour mixture. Place in the baking dish, and pour the melted butter evenly over the chicken.

    Bake for about 1 hour and 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until the cheese has browned and the chicken has cooked.
