Learn how to make the perfect vegetarian lasagna with spinach, zucchini and
your homemade pasta!
Noooo, not ricotta!! I’m surprised you didn’t use besciamella as is
traditionally done in most parts of Italy.
Wow….what a beautiful dish! I don’t have the patience, nor the pasta
machine for this, but I will attempt to make it with dry pasta.
This looks incredible 🙂
Parmesan is not vegetarian though!
Mouthwatering indeed! Thank you for treating us with this wonderful recipe
on your birthday! Happy Birthday chef :)
Hi bruno! It look tasty!! I m interested to make dis ! But I never use
oven. I have old oven ,which don have thermostat. I don know how to use
it.what fire should I use in my oven? The top one?or the bottom?or
both?please help! Thanks!
Bruno, you are the BEST !
Great recipe once again Bruno. And for those saying it’s not vegetarian,
there is a difference between Vegetarian and Vegan. Vegan is 100% plant
based. Vegetarian may consist of products derived from animals but not the
flesh of the animal, eg. Lacto (milk but not meat) and Lacto-Ovo (milk &
eggs but not the flesh) Vegetarians.
This looks amazing. Birthday eh? Mine is in 4 days. This would make the
perfect Bday dinner. What’s your wine pairing?
