    Great recipe once again Bruno. And for those saying it’s not vegetarian,
    there is a difference between Vegetarian and Vegan. Vegan is 100% plant
    based. Vegetarian may consist of products derived from animals but not the
    flesh of the animal, eg. Lacto (milk but not meat) and Lacto-Ovo (milk &
    eggs but not the flesh) Vegetarians.

    oven. I have old oven ,which don have thermostat. I don know how to use
    it.what fire should I use in my oven? The top one?or the bottom?or

    Noooo, not ricotta!! I’m surprised you didn’t use besciamella as is
    traditionally done in most parts of Italy.
