Lynn demonstrates how to make a super easy and quick chicken recipe perfect for dinner.
½ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 teaspoons paprika
¼ cup all purpose flour
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons milk
1 egg, beaten
¼ cup butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350°. Coat a shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine flour, Parmesan cheese, paprika, salt and pepper in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and milk. Dip the chicken in the egg mixture, then dredge in the flour mixture. Place in the baking dish, and pour the melted butter evenly over the chicken.
Bake for about 1 hour and 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until the cheese has browned and the chicken has cooked.

for sure. Love your top as I have the same one…thanks for sharing. :-0
That looks very delicious Lynn thanks for another great recipe. I don’t
know how well this tip works on baked items but it works great for fried
items. If you would flour the meat before the other steps it seems to bond
the breading to the meat a lot better. You would flour the chicken first,
then egg wash, then into your parmesan cheese flour mixture. It bonds the
crusted breading to the meat instead of having the breading fall off when
you cut it. You probably already knew of that tip lol. Have a nice day
and I will be putting it in my favorite video folder to try.
Like that you kept it healthy and baked the chicken. Looks great! Have a
Great Day.
