    I tried your recipe with the same broth/noodles (lo mein) quantities but
    for some reason the broth got really thicker than it should be so I ended
    up with too much noodles and not enough broth plus itwas thicker..

    Any ideas what I could of messes up!? Because I really like this recipe,
    it’s just that I dont’t like how it ended up for me.

    oops. heh. I poured all the chicken stock rather than in 3 cups of water
    and then into the broth. Still tasted good!

    Lots of recipes coming from America include stock/broth.
    Could you please show how to cook it for those who don’t have it on the
    market.
    I kinda get the idea of using a stock cube but I don’t think it’s healthy.
