    50 grams of Dry Seaweed aka Dry Green Laver
    3 tablespoon of olive oil
    1/2 to 1 teaspoon of salt
    1/2 to 1 teaspoon of sugar
    1 – 2 tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds

    1 Cup flour
    1/2 Cup instant mashed potato powder
    1 Tbs salt (table salt)
    1 Tbs mixed dried herbs

It’s so good you’ll find yourself making a batch every week so that you’ll have some on hand for lunches, afternoon snacks and for when guests pop by.     Prep Time: 15 min / Cook Time: 10 min Serves: 6

    1 Head of Cauliflower (washed and coarsely chopped)
    1/2 Red Onion (coarsely chopped)
    1 Clove of Garlic (minced or pressed with your garlic press)
    400 g Tub of PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
    1/4 cup(s) of KRAFT Miracle Whip
    1/2 cup(s) of KRAFT Ranch Dressing
    1/4 cup(s) of KRAFT Double Cheddar Shredded Cheese
    1 cup(s) of Water
    1 pinch of Fresh Parsley and Dill (each to taste)

    Steps:

    Wash and chop cauliflower into florets
    Coarsely chop the red onion.
    Heat a large size pot to medium/high heat
    Pour in 1 cup of water
    Add cauliflower, onion and garlic (and salt & pepper to taste)
    Cook for approximately 10 to 15 minutes until soft
    Remove from heat and immediately add the cauliflower mixture to the food processor
    Add the KRAFT ranch dressing, KRAFT miracle whip, PHILADELPHIA CREAM CHEESE, salt, pepper and parsley and blend until smooth
    Serve as a dip, warm or cold and sprinkle with fresh dill and cheddar as a garnish
    Or, hollow out some vegetables, fill with dip and serves as finger foods
    You can also try these alternatives: SOUP: Use this mixture and add 2 cups of chicken stock. Heat on stove over medium heat or in microwave and serve / ROSE PASTA SAUCE: Add 2 cups of tomato sauce to the mixture, heat on the stove over medium heat or in microwave and serve over your favourite pasta noodles

    This is normally for Brisket, but any beef roast on sale will do. This is one of the more flavorful dishes Jack Scalfani has made. Here is the recipe:
    Slow Cooked Beef Roast
    Ingredients

    * 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    * 1 (5- to 6-pound) brisket or any beef roast
    * 2 large onions, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices
    * 6 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
    * 1 (12-ounce) can beer
    * 1/2 cup low-sodium beef broth
    * 4 celery stalks, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    * 1/2 cup tomato paste
    * 1 (14 1/2-ounce) can stewed tomatoes
    * 2 bay leaves
    * 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
    * 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
    * 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
    * 1/4 cup regular molasses
    * 1/3 cup soy sauce
    * 1 teaspoon paprika
    * Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
    Preparation
    Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Brown the brisket well on all sides. Place the browned meat in the slow cooker insert. Add more oil, if needed, and sauté the onions until soft, about 4 minutes. Add the garlic and cook 2 minutes more. Scrape the vegetables into a big bowl.

    Pour the beer and broth into the sauté pan and bring to a boil, scraping up the meat bits in the pan with a wooden spoon. Pour over the meat. Add the celery, tomato paste, stewed tomatoes, bay leaves, brown sugar, mustard, vinegar, molasses, soy sauce, and paprika to the big bowl with onions and stir thoroughly. Then pour mixture on top of meat.

    Cover and cook for 8 hours on LOW or 5 to 6 hours on HIGH, or until the meat is fork-tender.

    Remove the meat to a cutting board and slice it thinly against the grain. Skim any fat from the cooking liquid, discard the bay leaves, taste for seasoning, and add salt and pepper. Transfer the meat to a serving platter or serve them on individual plates. Spoon the cooking liquid on top or on the side.

    Hi everyone: Today’s recipe is another Oven Roasted Chicken, and I’m happy to say, this one is even better than the last one I made! I made this for my anniversary, and it was perfect, it took almost no time to prepare and after I placed it in the oven, I just forgot about it! so It was a very stress-free meal. Chicken is really cheap, so again, I was able to make a meal fit for a King on a very small budget! I hope you give this one a try, you wont regret it!

    Ingredients:

    1 whole chicken (I’m using a 4½lbs chicken)
    4 tablespoons chili sauce
    4 tablespoons butter
    Zest of 1 lime
    Juice of 1 lime
    1/2 tablespoon salt
    1/2 tablespoon black pepper
    1/2 tablespoon dry oregano
    1 tablespoon smoked paprika

    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 c. Chicken Gluten*
    1 c. pea pods or 1/2 c. sweet peas
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1 8-oz. can bamboo shoots, drained
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. Chicken Like seasoning*
    2 Tbsp. unfermented soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. turbinado sugar
    2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes
    4 green onions, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1/2 c. honey roasted cashew nuts
    1. Cut chicken gluten into 1 X 1 inch squares. Pour 1 Tbsp. olive oil into a large
    skillet over high heat. Add chicken gluten, pea pods, mushrooms and bamboo
    shoots. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp.
    2. In a small bowl, mix water, chicken-like seasoning, soy sauce, cornstarch,
    turbinado sugar and nutritional yeast flakes. Add to chicken and vegetable
    mixture. Cook until thickens, stirring constantly.
    3. Add green onions and cashew nuts. Toss gently and cook until the green
    onions are wilted. Serve with brown rice or whole wheat pasta. Very delicious!
    Beef-Like Egg Rolls
    2 c. ground Walnut Gluten*
    2 c. green onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. unfermented soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
    1. Mix all ingredients except egg roll wrappers. Wet with water on the edge of
    the wrapper. Place 1 – 2 teaspoonsful of the mixture into the middle of the
    wrapper.
    2. Fold in half and seal tightly. Fry on both sides until golden, or steam for 10
    minutes. Yummy!

    Steak and Celery Stir-Fry
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 c. Walnut Gluten, sliced
    2 stalks celery, diagonally sliced
    1 red bell pepper, sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3/4 c. water
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    4 tsp. soy sauce, unfermented
    4 tsp. nutritional yeast flakes
    2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 tsp. turbinado sugar
    1. Put olive oil into a large, hot skillet. Add walnut gluten, celery, red bell
    peppers and garlic. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp
    2. In a cup, put water and remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour cornstarch
    mixture into the skillet, stir and cook until it thickens. Serve with hot brown

    Everyone loves chicken right? Not only is it healthy and reasonably priced, it’s also versatile enough that you can serve it frequently by preparing it a variety of ways. Professional chef Cricket Azima for the Betty Crocker kitchens reveals two of her favorite chicken dinner recipes that are bound to become your family’s favorites too.

    Easy Cooking Recipes:

    Ultimate Chicken Fingers

    2/3 cup Original Bisquick® mix
    ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
    ½ teaspoon salt or Garlic salt
    ½ teaspoon paprika
    3 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut crosswise into 1/2-inch strips
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

    1. Heat oven to 450ºF. Line cookie sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray.

    2. Mix Bisquick mix, cheese, salt and paprika in 1-gallon resealable plastic food-storage bag. Dip half the chicken strips into egg; place in bag of Bisquick mixture. Seal bag; shake to coat. Place chicken on cookie sheet. Repeat with remaining chicken. Drizzle butter over chicken.

    3. Bake 12 to 14 minutes, turning after 6 minutes with pancake turner, until no longer pink in center.

    Makes 4 servings

    Big-Batch Salsa Chicken Fiesta

    2 1/3 cups Original Bisquick® mix
    ½ cup water
    3 eggs
    3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (12 oz)
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 3/4 lb), cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    2 ½ cups Old El Paso® Thick ‘n Chunky salsa

    1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 3 (8- or 9-inch) square pans with cooking spray. In large bowl, stir together Bisquick mix, water and eggs. Spread evenly in pans. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the cheese over batter in each pan.

    2. In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook chicken in oil, stirring frequently, until outsides turn white; drain. Stir in salsa; heat until hot. Spoon evenly over batter in pans to within 1/2-inch of edges.

    3. Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until edges are dark golden brown. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the remaining cheese over each pan. Bake 1 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Loosen from sides of pan; cut into squares.

    Makes 18 servings

    CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE

    1 medium cauliflower head, broken into bite size florets
    1 cup sour cream
    1 cup Colby-Jack Cheese, shredder
    1/2 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
    1 – 4 oz jar Pimientos, sliced
    1/2 cup panko crumbles
    2 teaspoon kosher salt
    1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
    1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

    Bring 4 cups water with 1 teaspoon of salt to a boil. Add cauliflower florets and boil for 5 minutes until crisp-tender (use your timer). Remove from heat and drain.

    In large mixture bowl add panko crumbles, salt, pepper, green bell pepper, pimientos, colby-jack cheese and sour cream. Conbine ingredients well together. Add drain and cooled cauliflower florets. Toss until well coated.

    Add to a greased 7″ by 10″ baking dish, sprinkle parmesan cheese evenly over top.

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Bake 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.

    TIPS: Casserole can be placed under broiler for a golden brown top (keep an eye on it).

    Ingredients

    Chicken- Thighs or Breast will work
    Cilantro- half a bunch, chopped coarsely
    Lime Juice- 1 lime
    Garlic- Optional but delicious
    Salt and Pepper

    1. Pound out the chicken so its nice and thin
    2. cover the slices with all ingredients
    3. Let it sit for 1-2 hours for full flavor effect, but you can grill it right away too.
    4. Grill or Pan Fry on High Heat. Should only take 8-10 minutes tops.

    You can slice this up and eat by itself, with pasta, with mexican food, guacamole etc.
