Being italian, i have always made 2 trays, one with just cheese and the
other with meat. I always thought veggie lasagna would be tasteless but
after watching your video, this has to be delicious. I will def try it and

Hi Di, I was wondering how the lasagna would come out if I used pesto sauce
instead of marinara or maybe omitting one of the layers of marinara sauce

Parmesan isn’t vegetarian. It has animal rennet in it.

Mark PMus is right Parmesan is not vegetarian. So if you are vegetarian
avoid it.
This looks so good. I had Vegetable Lasagna in hospital last week and was
