Vaya basura de plato… Sin palabras me quedo.. Espero que exportemos al
mundo algo mejor que esto, si uno quiere comer bien y decente hay que
empezar a salir fuera del pais, Peru o Marruecos..
Este plato no es para servir en restaurante, es un invento de los muchos
que estan floreciendo por todo el pais, esa cocina de estilo o de “design”
esta muy bien para concursos y criticos pero no para gente que quiere comer
bien..
A ver si nos vamos dando cuenta que la cocina nacional no es esto, y que si
somos algo famosos en nuestra gastronomia es gracias a los platos
tradicionales, con productos locales y recetas que han superado el paso del
tiempo..

The word halibut does not exist in the Spanish language, at least not in
Spain where i come from. If you want to be precise, the correct translation
of halibut is ‘fletan’. However, we use the word ‘lenguado’ for most flat
fish, including the sole.
