    Tried this and loved it! I did mine with plain with salsa with banana
    peppers sliced in the salsa on top! Try that if you like spiciness to your
    food.

    OMG I am so excited to try this. I just wanted to know how you determine
    the servings size? You said it was only 180 calories so are the 6 peices
    all together 180 calories or are the 2 pieces?

    I tried this about a month ago and it was so delightful. I took the tip
    and extra season and it turned out too salty. Today I’m sticking with just
    seasoning the meat. The eater can add more if it is underseasoned! Thanks
    for the recipe–it really does emulate pan fried chicken! My hubby and 3
    year old daughter enjoyed it!

    I make oven-baked chicken tenders similar to this — I dip chicken into egg
    whites, then coat in Panko bread crumbs & spices, then 10 minutes at 400,
    flip them over, and cook at 450 for another 10 minutes. They are really
    good with bbq sauce or mustard!
