Honey Garlic Meatballs RECIPE
2 eggs
¾ cup soymilk
2 pounds ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon canola oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ cups ketchup
1 cup honey
½ cup soy sauce
Cooked rice, for serving
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Whisk together eggs and soymilk in a large bowl. Add beef, breadcrumbs, and onion powder; mix until completely combined. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls; arrange evenly in two 9 x 13-inch pans. Bake 15 minutes. Drain off excess fat; set aside.
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium. Add garlic and cook until softened, 2 minutes, stirring. Add ketchup, honey, and soy sauce; stir to mix. Bring mixture to a boil over high heat; reduce to a simmer and cook 5 minutes. Add reserved meatballs; cook an additional 5 minutes.
Serve over rice.

AND QUICK SAUCE I DID NOT HAVE TO LEAVE THE HOUSE AGAIN FOR AND THERE U WAS
I LOVE IT ….SO I HAD GARLIC POWDER AND EVERYTHING ELSE I ADDED SARACHI

Sooooo. ANYone ever try using regular milk or hear back to see if it will
turn out the same? Would love to make these for a potluck tonight but have
no soy….towns 20 miles away :(

I made them tonight and man oh man it was goooood, but I used turkey and I
just knew I had soy sauce but nope the wife threw it away thinking it was
old! so I used just about an 1/8 cup of Worcestershire sauce in place of
soy.
