This looks great! I can't wait to try it. Dahi Wala Chicken was a favorite of mine at my Indian restaurant, but much to my dismay they replaced it with Phaal! I have tried making curries with yoghurt in the past but they always curdle or turn grainy. How do I avoid this? Thanks!

Dear Mr. Easy Steps, thanks for this wonderful recipe… cooked it tonight and everyone loved it … your instructions were to the point and delivered with an authentic Indian feel… not big on  ginger, so I used garlic instead… deadly…Cheers!

thankyou so much, it was easy and yummy.your idea of potato was brilliant without using cream and getting it thick.keep it coming

I Like the addition of the potato to thicken the sauce I have never seen that before. I tend to like curries with a thick sauce, so it seems like a great way to achieve that kind if texture. Cheers
