Strawberry Gelato
Food Ingredients:
4 cups strawberries 1 cup water 1 cup lemon juice tablespoon gelatine powder 2 tablespoons hot water
Recipe preparation:
1 Puree strawberries. 2 Dissolve gelatine in hot water. 3 Add all other ingredients and blend or beat until well combined. 4 Pour into ice-cream trays and freeze for 2 hours. Remove from freezer, blend until smooth and re-freeze. 5 Remove from freezer 5 minutes before serving.
