   This looks absolutely delicious but it taste awful. I made this….this
   morning and I did not like it. The veggies, sausage, cheese and egg was
   fine….but the potatoes was awful. I just did not care for the sour cream
   in the potatoes…..and I love sour cream, but baked in…it is nasty.
   Sorry….will have to find something to do with the top part of this dish
   because I am not going to throw it out.

    Ive made this twice. It is very good and my husband enjoyed it. When she
    tells you to make sure that your hashbrowns are seasoned before you add the
    other ingredients, she cant say that enough. You want to make sure that its
    well seasoned because you cant fix it later :)
