These ladies are so attractive, and they cook!  Their husbands are lucky men.  I wonder if they're trophy husbands?  You know, good looking and kind of dumb. I hope they're dumb, because I am so jealous of them. :- l

Quinoa is a good natural healthy food, one of the rare few plant foods contain good percentage of essential amino acids(protein).

However, don't let this common fact misleads you to think that Quinoa is one the only few best options to get essential amino acids from plant foods.

You can get all the essential amino acids by combining a bunch of different plant foods such as whole grains, beans, nuts and seeds. Not only this way is cheaper cost by weight, also you get many more other nutrients than from Quinoa alone.

Quinoa is expensive because supplies are in shortage, as more people jump on the Quinoa bandwagon, its market price will shoot up even higher.

Quinoa is mostly grown in South America. The average poor South American people used to feed on Quinoa can no longer afford it because foreign companies are paying high prices for them and then take them out of the countries that produced them.

The combination of low cost grains, beans, nuts and seeds are better choice than Quinoa in terms of nutrients, cost and humanity.

Until Quinoa can be cheaply produced in large quantity, in the mean time AVOID QUINOA!
