Raw Chocolate Chip Macaroons
Food Ingredients:
2 cups coconut flakes 1/2 cup cacao beans or nibs 1/4 cup clear agave 3 tablespoons cacao powder 3 tablespoons coconut oil or butter 1 vanilla bean, deseeded 1 tablespoon mesquite pod meal 1 tablespoon maca powder
Recipe preparation:
1 Place cacao (cocoa) beans in food processor and pulse until broken up. 2 Place all remaining ingredients in food processor and pulse until combined and sticky. 3 Scoop out dough with an ice cream scooper to form macaroons, and place on a sheet or plate and place in refrigerator 1 hour or longer. 4 Enjoy!
