Ingredients: serves 2
2 eggs
butter for frying
4 slices raisin bread
1/2 cup thickened cream
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
few drops vanilla extract
1/2 cup thickened cream (to serve)
Mixed Berry Brandy –
Small handful of each:
strawberries
blueberries
raspberries
black & red currents
1/4 cup cherry brandy
(leave to sit for half an hour)
