Seafood Curry

Food Ingredients:
cup onions, medium cup carrots, medium cup celery 2 teaspoons garlic, crushed 4 tablespoons butter cup flour, plain 1 tablespoon curry powder teaspoon ginger, ground 1 teaspoon salt 2 cups chicken stock 1 cup cream 1 kg marinara mix 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Recipe preparation:
1 Peel and dice onion, carrot and celery. 2 Saute onion, carrot, celery and garlic in butter over low heat until soft. Stir in flour, curry powder, ginger, and salt; add chicken broth and cream, blend, and cook until thickened, stirring occasionally. 3 Add seafood and lemon juice and cook gently for 5 minutes. Do not allow to boil. Correct seasonings and add more curry powder if you like it hot. 4 Serve over hot cooked rice. 5 Serve with garlic rice. 6 Use any seafood that is available.
