I have cooked with several professionals, but Jack you have taken me to school…great videos…what temperatures do you cook at…or should I just feel it through.
I had to google sambuca to see what it was. Turns out that I've got sum' anise liquor in my beverage cabinet 'dat ain't ever been opened.

Can I substitute the white wine with something else is I dont have
At first I wasn't sure about the sambuka, but i forgot he didn't use lemon and I'm guessing you get a decent acidity from the sambuka.
