Crème Caramel – French Custard Pudding Recipe

For 4 persons
Level: Intermediate
Prep time: 25 min
Cooking time:45 min
Resting time: At least 6 hours

Ingredients

For caramel:
1/3 cup granulated sugar (75g)
1 tablespoon water

For custard filling:
100g granulated sugar (1 tablespoon of sugar should be spooned out of 1/2 cup of sugar.)
3 eggs
Pinch salt
500 ml milk ( 2 cups, plus 1 tablespoon)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

설탕 75g
물 15ml

커스타드:
설탕 100g
달걀 3개
소금 약간
우유 500ml
바닐라 엑스트렉 5ml

500 ml de leche
5 ml de esencia de vainilla
