American style Chinese food stir fried in a cast iron wok.

8oz chicken
1/2 teaspoon Rice Wine
1/2 teaspoon Soy Sauce
pinch of sugar
pinch of salt
1/2 egg white
1 teaspoon Corn Starch

1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
1 Tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
1/2 Tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce
1/2 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Sesame Oil
Black Pepper
1/4 cup chicken stock
1 bunch Green Onion
1 Clove Garlic Garlic
1/2 teaspoon Ginger

    6:05 we call them pijpajuin (pipe onion) or bos-ui (bunch onion) in
    Flemish. The Dutch somtimes use lente-ui (spring onion), which is a term
    which is also used in English, I believe.

    I like the flavour combination, but adding the cornstarch to the meat
    before marinading seems strange to me…plus the difficulty cooking it.
    IMHO it would be better to mix it with the chicken stock, and add it later,
    after the chicken is done, and after the sauce was added.

    sure. Up here in the Northeast Scallion is the more prevalent name.

    Awesome dish!!! I can’t wait to give it a try!!! BTW…What you call noise,
    is more like music to my ears!! Spanish people make a lot of that going on
    in the kitchen and we dance to it while cooking too!! =)
