    So does the salt brine mean it absorbs alot of salt? I have high blood
    pressure so i was just wondering how much salt gets absorbed in the brine.

    This is not southern fried chicken 😛

    To make it southern fried you have to put it in Flour, Than Egg/milk(or
    buttermilk) mixture, and than more flour. Than you deep fry it.

    @serginietor I found that the crust was to thin to really tell, it was kind
    of crispy. I wish I coated it in panko though :/
