– Mince meat and herbs OR sausage meat
– Two chunky mushrooms
– 1 tomato
– Spinach or other leafy salad greens

Beautiful – I have done roughly the same thing but with organic beef mince,
the spices work really well though I am a paprika and cayenne/ chilli kind
of guy too. Love your videos and will refrain from commenting how hot you
look. The advice and info you give out totally outstrips any misguided
hormonal intentions :)
For my breakfast I just poach 3 eggs and throw them on frozen spinach. Then
some berries with coconut milk if I’m peckish after my workout.
Continental blackpudding is great fried up with breakfast. Fast and easy.
When do I know my mushrooms are done. Lots of water is coming out of mine.

Great video. I am sooooo making this. I agree breakfast is the most
important meal, but sometimes I skip breakfast when I am intermittent
fasting. sometimes I “break-my-fast” around noon after a workout.

I use the same trick for peeling my eggs by running on cool water over them!
Ive been eating in a low carb fashion for awhile now and your approach is
interesting. Is you macros mostly protein and less fat. Ive just heard that
isnt good considering how it works. I saw on another video you mentioned
too much fat in your diet was too akenish, or something. Do you believe fat
to be bad?
Is it possible to overeat on the paleo lifestyle??

mushrooms

boil water for eggs…saves energy, time and money….also…this would be
good with beef, chicken or shrimp I bet too…like the idea of using a
muchroom…gotta try that…thanks SexyP.
