Easy Chocolate Crack Cookies Recipe
A very easy and delicious Cracked Chocolate Cookies Recipe (Crack Cookies). You are going to love their taste but best thing about them is they look so appealing! Make sure you add the chocolate to the melted butter when it is still very hot, for chocolate to melt. Also, be sure you kept the dough in the fridge at least for an hour, to make it easier to form balls. If you wish, you can roll the dough into normal sugar before you roll in to powder sugar, than the cookies would be sweeter.
Crack Cookies Preparation
Start by melting your butter Melt the dark chocolate in butter when it is still hot Break two eggs into a large bowl and add in sugar Beat until foamy Pour in the dark chocolate-butter mix when cools down Continue beating until the entire texture is smooth Sift in dry ingredients (cocoa, baking powder, vanilla powder and flour) Mix gently to combine Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour or until firm Now you can form the balls Roll the balls in powder sugar to coat And place them on baking sheet placing about 1″ apart. Bake for 15 minutes on 180 C (360 F) pre-heated oven When they bake, they will crack and look yummy like this!
