I am happy to find recipes for Chick Pea Flour/Chana/Besan Flour. I was
looking for recipes for this flour previously and I could not find very
much. This makes any food healthier and I am happy to find this channel.

This is yummy. I just tried something very similar at Indian party, they
told me it was made from almonds but looked exactly the same. Will
definately try this recipe!

at that same Indian store where you bought the Ghee, you should find the
chickpea flour, i haven’t seen an indian store yet, where they didn’t have
it. once you have it, you have to try pakoras, especially green pepper
pakoras!!! so delicious and super easy to make! sorry, all that Besan
reminded me of that delicious treat, i haven’t had in so long…
stop being so rude.
at about ten seconds in when you use a lot of chilies, what recipe is that
from?
Never heard of these, but they are plenty cute. Love you two together.
@ jelbelle: if you are not going to use the hee everyday, then you should
keep it refrigirated.
Hope you followed the recipe ….
Where can I find Besan or Chickpea flour? Also, I bought Ghee at an Indian
store and stored it in the fridge. Should I keep it outside the fridge?
Great, I’ll be making these for divali.. These are quick, easy and I’m
sure, very delicious…!!!!!!!!
I made a barfi with condensed milk and milk powder last year, it was yummy
but very very sticky. Is the consistency of this barfi a bit tough?
no. never. the ghee is the part that makes the chewy ghoord ghoord.
Nice one !! One question though. How to store it and what is the shelf
life?? Thank you .
