I am happy to find recipes for Chick Pea Flour/Chana/Besan Flour. I was
looking for recipes for this flour previously and I could not find very
much. This makes any food healthier and I am happy to find this channel.

at that same Indian store where you bought the Ghee, you should find the
chickpea flour, i haven’t seen an indian store yet, where they didn’t have
it. once you have it, you have to try pakoras, especially green pepper

Where can I find Besan or Chickpea flour? Also, I bought Ghee at an Indian
store and stored it in the fridge. Should I keep it outside the fridge?

I made a barfi with condensed milk and milk powder last year, it was yummy
but very very sticky. Is the consistency of this barfi a bit tough?
