U Eva foil yo beef ribs
I think so too …. way to long on how to breath
I just don`t understand why people drown their meat with BBQ sauce to a
perfectly good piece of meat!? The meat should shine on its own if it was
raised right! I like BBQ sauce but I don`t need it to mask the meat`s
flavor! I like spices to enhance the flavor but not drown the flavor with
sauces. IMHO that`s how I feel! (think about the collapse of the economy,
could you drown your meats with that crap?)
I’ve seen people rub the ribs with mustard before seasoning. Do you ever do
that? Whats the point?
at what temp
Theres no sauce on memphis style you dumbass!
ok i am just getting into BBQ after a trip to san antonio at what temp do

what type of chipotle chili powder do you use i did a search on google and
their is smoked chipotle chili powder and a lot of other ones
Video length is fine – that’s why god created the skip button if you want.
These videos are too long
dont put your BEEF ribs in the refrigerator. let them come up to room temp.
spray them once every 45-60 min. with apple juice.
wrap them 3/4 of your total time.
i use brown sugar and honey.
after the wrap place back on for 15. and spray one more time
cool
cut
enjoy
Greg: I worked at a BBQ rib place called Cow Patties Rib Shack for a short
while. I was offered the management position but declined. Long story.
However I did come away with a great conventional oven recipe. 2 hour start
to finish. A little different from Cow Patties recipe. I have to share that
with you soon. This recipe of your just make my mouth water. Dam I’m
working graves now. Looks like all my snacks are going to be gone soon.
Thanks Buddy….. I’ll give you a call soon.
I shouldn’t watch your channel when I’m hungry!

simple and to the point. Thank you. I tried this and the ribs tasted
delicious.
What temp were your running your pit at, and for how long?
nice photography and food looks great but lousy information….no temps, no
duration of cook, little info on rub recipe. 3/10
