maine kabhi matri khayee nahi so i dont know exactly how it tastes. maine
aapki vidhinusaar koshish ki texture to aapke matri jaise hi dikh raha hai.
main unhe bel nahi payee to maine haat par hi jitna ho sake utna shape
diya. par baut oily hua hai. aaur haat lagate hi toot jate hai. tel
garam karke aate mein mix karna hai ya fir normal tel hi add karna hai. pls
bataye mujse kaha galti ho gayee.

lovely! Thanks a lot!
Since I made it for an expectant close relative I used extremely less black
pepper (just 5) and added just a pinch of kashmiri lal mirch powder for
color and about 1 tsp of crushed kasuri methi leaves.
I used about 2 cups of whole wheat flour and adjusted other proportions
accordingly. Since I was making it for someone else I rolled out the dough
like that for a chappati, forked it and then cut out round pieces with an
upside down stainless steel glass… only to improve the aesthetics..

matri gharpar sabko bahut pasand aayee ek hi sitting mein khatam bhi ho
gai, khasta bhi thi. pan mujhe laga ko oily jyada thi. main fir se koshish

meine mathari banai jab bo gram thi tab toh crunchy thi lekin jab dusre din
menne bo khai to kruch nahi tha help me
maine 2 cup maida mein 1/4 cup oil dala and mathri fry karte time ekdum
soggy ho gayi.. i think it requires less than half of the oil..
