    Dear Nishaji,
I made aate ke mathri yesterday using your recipe and it turned out simply
    lovely! Thanks a lot!
Since I made it for an expectant close relative I used extremely less black
pepper (just 5) and added just a pinch of kashmiri lal mirch powder for
color and about 1 tsp of crushed kasuri methi leaves.
I used about 2 cups of whole wheat flour and adjusted other proportions
accordingly. Since I was making it for someone else I rolled out the dough
like that for a chappati, forked it and then cut out round pieces with an
upside down stainless steel glass… only to improve the aesthetics..
    Once again thanks a ton!

maine kabhi matri khayee nahi so i dont know exactly how it tastes. maine
aapki vidhinusaar koshish ki texture to aapke matri jaise hi dikh raha hai.
main unhe bel nahi payee to maine haat par hi jitna ho sake utna shape
diya. par baut oily hua hai. aaur haat lagate hi toot jate hai. tel
garam karke aate mein mix karna hai ya fir normal tel hi add karna hai. pls
bataye mujse kaha galti ho gayee.
