Ingredients for the Spelt Buns:
350 gr spelled flour
250 gr rye flour
1 tablespoon cumin
1 sachet of yeast
1 tablespoon salt
a pinch of brown sugar
2-3 tbsp sunflower seeds
0.3 liters of mineral water

For the Patty:
2 cans kidney beans
1 half a can mail
diced half an onion
1-2 cloves of garlic
2-3 tbsp Don Marcos Sombrero Rub
4-5 tablespoons of oatmeal

A few nachos, tomatoes, jalapenos and some sauce and is you are done 🙂
