Vegetarian Super Bowl CHILI RECIPE—FOR THE WIN!

TODAY’S CHILI RECIPE:
2 Cups Beans (Black and Kidney Mixed)
4 Cups Water
1 Package Meatless Breakfast Patties (12-16 oz)
3 Cups Crushed Heirloom Tomatoes
3 TBSP Coconut Oil
3 Bay Leaves
1 Cup Chopped Green Pepper
2 Fresh Jalapeños – Chopped
1 Cup Carrots – Chopped
1 TBS Basil
1 Tsp Oregano
1 Tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 Tsp Sea Salt
2 TBS Cocao
2 Tsp Cinnamon
3 TBS Agave Nectar
Add Beans, Water, Bay Leaves, and half of the seasoning to the crock pot and set it on low.
In a medium sauce pan, sautee the remaining vegetables and meatless patties along with the coconut oil and remaining seasoning over medium heat for 10 minutes, breaking up the patties and evenly mixing in the spices and vegetables.
Add the contents of sauce pan to the crock pot and cook on low for 2-4hours. Garnish to your liking and serve!

Tony, you're putting me in serious danger of becoming a vegetarian/vegan because these recipes are awesome. I'm someone who finds it difficult cooking and eating vegetables; videos like these are really cool and inspirational. I always ate meat and chicken because I wanted the muscles from the protein; but I realise now you can get it all from whey protein which has a higher leucine content anyway and creatine mono supps. Your emphasis on health and just having a fun life is brilliant.

Hi Tony, I went to make the recipe based on what you wrote in the description and it's missing a fair bit of what's mentioned in the video, ie mushrooms and onions :(
