MSG = monosodium glutamate = rots your brain. NEVER add it to your food.
ANY of your food. It’s a poison for your brain. Its added as a flavouring
enhancer to so much food now. There should be a worldwide ban on being

this looks really tempting.. but so much of spices is it? 4 chillies, 1
