use disposable gloves (run them under water when wearing them first so no
dusty stuff on the gloves) when mixing mince keeps you from getting messy
and I wouldn’t want anyone’s sweaty hands in the mix (what if you had a
cold or had been handling money and you mix food yuck) ha. You cant eat a
burger decently when its that high as well…flatten the meat patty out
fellas so its easier to eat. It looks tasty though. I never understand
cooks not using disposable
gloves when making food for others. Just a few points from mummy here !
