Truffled Egg – Breakfast Heaven
Food Ingredients:
1 Egg/ person 1 teaspoon truffled oil/ person 1 slice of truffled salami/ person butter for each ramekin
Recipe preparation:
1 Preheat your oven to 200 C 2 Butter the ramekins and put small pieces of truffled salami into them 3 Add one egg to it and top with 1 teaspoon truffled oil 4 Place the ramekins in a oven-safe form, put some fresh boiled water to the form (up to the middle of your ramekins) 5 Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes (medium range egg – if you use bigger eggs the time will be a little bit longer, about 12 minutes) 6 Serve quickly with some fresh toast and enjoy your day!
