    Quite useful. I would add peanuts and legumes to this. 100 gms of peanuts have 26 gms of protein, which is more than what green beans ot almond has. ( 100 gms of prontinex has 30 gms of protein). Though I recommend only 50 gms as it comes with some extra fats aswell ;).

    Legumes/Dals are solid source ( especially  in India diets). Soya, pinto beans, and other dals.
