Great Boiled Chicken with Soy Sauce. Yes This dish is made many different ways to anyone's liking .. But first of all making a True Filipino Chicken Adobo No bay leaf is used and you Don't Boil All that chicken together Vinegar. You should slowly simmer it it makes its own juice.. The pan you used is non stick that has many scratches and you continued to use a steel spoon Why? where is the Onion,Carrots, green pepper and Fresh Ginger?
Im from the Philippines. Good Job and Thanks! :D

too much talking wasting the time just get to the main point of cooking the chicken adobos
No onions ?? Lol….. For best results of your adobo , you should of marinade for at least half an hour or so and you have tasty adobo dish …….I will rate your cooking ..1-10 , to be fair , you got 5 !
Main ingredients and only ones I use in my adobo are soy sauce, vinegar, lots of fresh garlic, black pepper and a few bay leaves, you could sprinkle a few green onions or even a dried snake head on top for garnish if you so desire, everybody has opinions…….haha !
u should have marinated the chicken
Thanks for the recipe 🙂
