Taste of Asia @ Home – Filipino Chicken Adobo

A staple dish of the Philippines, simple to make and the sauce is delicious over white rice. This dish is also good with fresh pork such as country style boneless ribs cut in large chunks.

Great Boiled Chicken with Soy Sauce. Yes This dish is made many different ways to anyone's liking .. But first of all making a True Filipino Chicken Adobo No bay leaf is used and you Don't Boil All that chicken together Vinegar. You should slowly simmer it it makes its own juice.. The pan you used is non stick that has many scratches and you continued to use a steel spoon Why? where is the Onion,Carrots, green pepper and Fresh Ginger?

Main ingredients and only ones I use in my adobo are soy sauce, vinegar, lots of fresh garlic, black pepper and a few bay leaves, you could sprinkle a few green onions or even a dried snake head on top for garnish if you so desire, everybody has opinions…….haha !
