Tante Sally’s Taco Soup

Food Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef 2 cans (16 oz) kidney beans 2 cans (16 oz) pinto beans 1 can (16 oz) hominy 2 cans (16 oz) original Rotel tomatoes 1 large (28 oz) can tomato sauce 6 cups water 3 beef bouillon cubes 1 package taco seasoning 1 package powdered ranch dressing mix Shredded Cheese Sour Cream

Recipe preparation:
1 Brown ground beef and drain. 2 Drain and rinse beans and hominy. 3 Combine beef, beans, hominy, tomatoes, sauce, and water in large cooking pot. 4 Bring to boil, then add bouillon, seasoning, and powdered dressing mix. 5 Reduce heat and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, on medium low for fifteen minutes before serving. 6 Garnish with cheese and sour cream.
