What I do is that I get sour cream then put ranch powder in it and dip it
in potato chips thumb up for potato chips

These are awesome lunch ideas, but wheat, grains, bread, and gluten in
general is terrible for you! I would try to substitute the whole grain
bread with gluten free, non G.M.O bread. It is so much better for you, and
your body will be thanking you in the long run. (:
