Show Me The Currry is one of our favorite YouTube cooking channels, and we were lucky enough to get inside Hetal’s kitchen to find out how to make her awesome grilled veggie and paneer wrap. Paneer is a hard cheese made from yogurt that has the consistency of firm tofu but the smooth creaminess of a mozzarella. It’s great for grilling because it can take the heat. So can Hetal! Did you see how many chilies she puts on her sandwich?! Along with the jalapeños, she grills onions and green and red peppers before grilling her searing the paneer cheese and then smearing a delicious, cilantro spread on some naan flat bread. Yum!

I’m not a vegeterian, far from it, I love meat, but this looks delicious.
For me personally (and quite a few other people I know) the cilantro is
actually more of a problem than the heat. Though I have grown to like it
this seems like a bit much.

Imagine if that naany bread was a bacon weave….omg! wait…that still
wouldn’t have enough meat to call this “ultimate”.

Why does she have the need to tell everybody that she lives in Texas? Would
anyone hate her if she was living in India?

meh. today I had a bagel, oatmeal, avocado, baked potato with broccoli and
cheese and then some vegetarian re-fried beans and chips. only thing
non-vege about my day was the one can of tuna I ate, which was plain and
not mixed with anything so it could have easily been cut out. and I did all
of that without even thinking about trying to be a vegetarian. So with
really a minimal amount of effort I could do it every day all day
