Recipe:

Start your rice and let it cook while you get the rest of the food ready. I used 1 cup rice to 2 cups water.

Cook chicken with a little poultry flavoring and drop of pineapple juice. Cook about 15 minutes. Set aside.

Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in pan and cook chopped onions, broccoli and bell peppers for about 15 min or until soft.

Add chicken back in pan

In this order add
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup Chicken Stalk
1/4 rice vinegar
Now that everything is in your pan add a tablespoon of cornstarch and a tablespoon of water to your pan to thicken the sauce up.

Put the pineapple in the pan and serve over rice! Enjoy
