Place chicken on a platter and garnish with chopped cilantro.

I just took my chicken out of the freezer and all I have to buy is cilantro. Woohoo!
How did you clean your chicken?
Muesli Bread too please. I love that bread.
I have deboned chicken legs. can i use those for these recipe? will they dry out faster?
Great background music. Puts me in the mood to make these chicken legs.
2 tbsp of each. Full recipe with exact measurements are in the video description. Enjoy!
how much of each of the spices are you using? this looks great!
Beth, if you add lemon juice, yogurt & ginger & garlic paste to your spice mixture & also some red color & then bake the legs you can have some delicious Tandoori chicken which is a Indian delicacy, pls do try & let us know if u like it :)))
I made this last week & it was a hit! My 5 year old was so excited to see it all come together! Thank u! New subbie!
Oh yes love that idea! In fact, I'm planning a French Fall Menu as we speak. You can look for that in early Oct!
This looks so GOOD!!! However, I think I prefer the seeing all the videos is one video.
if u have a good indian food store near, they are readily available there. try the regular tandori naans. they would go well with the chicken with some cucumber yogart.
if u roast the spices whole and then grind them together to make a dry rub…it will add alot more flavor and yes lemon zest too. thats how i make my chicken…..roasted cumin/corriander/cinamom/whole red dry chillies and sea salt.
Wish the old format is back ):
