Just made this…got high marks around our table. Put everything in the
pot….chauffered all to after school activities and when I home served up
a restaurant quality meal (black bean soup on the side) so good!

I do chicken breasts in the slow cooker but I add, 12 oz of salsa and a
little bit of water, and they don’t end up dry at all…but of course
chicken thighs are soo much more flavorful!
