Slow Cooked Filipino Chicken Adobo
A new way of cooking chicken adobo.

Ingredients
Cooking Oil
2 Shallots, chopped finely
6 cloves of garlic, minced
3 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 bay leaves
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/3 cup soy saucee
1/4 cup vinegar
2 lb chicken thighs
