Sausage Loaf
Food Ingredients:
1 loaf French bread 1 pound Ground pork sausage cup Onion, chopped 3 stalks celery, chopped 2 Eggs cup Milk 1 pound Velveeta cheese, grated
Recipe preparation:
1 Slice loaf lengthwise with more on bottom. Scoop out all of the bread. 2 Crumble and combine with milk and eggs. Fry sausage, onions and celery; drain. Mix bread and sausage together. Put mixture in bottom half of loaf. 3 Put cheese on top of meat mixture. Add top of loaf; brush with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
