Salmon Bacon

Food Ingredients:
Salmon skin kosher salt

Recipe preparation:
1 Remove descaled skin from salmon 2 Cut into long strips and season well with salt 3 Place strips on foil 4 Crisp in a 400 degree F preheated oven until crispy and brown. You can also use a kitchen torch.
